Instructional Design
The instructor uses a question and answer format rather than a lecture format. The class is highly interactive and participation by every student is required. Although the key lessons are always covered in depth, each class is flexible in its format, so emphasis is always placed on the topics that are most important to the students.
Every class includes multiple exercises that draw the students wholeheartedly into the learning process and motivate them to project what they’re learning into their own lives. By the time they leave, they are already visualizing themselves using their new skills.
